Completely renovated with natural materials: wood, terracotta bricks, lime coating, natural ventilation, hemp partitions, cellulose wadding roof insulation, double glazing, wood heating, LED lighting.

On the ground floor, a large living room: fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), living room with a large easily convertible corner sofa (180*200), cool in summer, wood stove for winter to spend an evening with your partner or family by the fire.


Upstairs, 2 bedrooms:
- the green bedroom: master bedroom with double bed (140*200) and dressing room
- the pink room: more for children with convertible sofa (120*200), desk and cupboard
- the blue bathroom: large shower, cupboard, large mirror, toilet.


Outside: a covered terrace, an enclosed garden, an outbuilding with plancha and outdoor furniture to install. Sun in the morning.


Animals accepted with pleasure.


Walks around the village, along the Canal des 3 Moulins and the La Save river.
